Not training data

Call recordings and transcripts are processed for your account only. We don't use customer data to train our voice models.

HIPAA-aware

BAA available for healthcare clients. Recordings, transcripts, and metadata are stored in a HIPAA-aligned environment with PHI controls.

Data residency

Choose where your data lives — US (us-east-2) or EU (eu-west-1). Pinned at the account level, never crossed without your written approval.

Right to delete

Self-serve delete from the dashboard. Bulk export and full account wipe within 30 days of request, including backups.
